Hello Stampin' Friends,
Here is another card I recently made for a Black Plus swap at Oriental Stamp Art.  The month of April we are using Sapphire Blue.  The stamp is from Club Scrap (2004) Limited Edition and the glitter tape on each side is American Crafts.  The embossed background is made using a Cuttlebug folder.
